“Dingle - Daingean Uí Chúis - cited as ‘the most beautiful place on earth‘ by the National Geographic; was voted among the top 100 destinations in the world by Trip Advisor; CNN recently recommended it as a very favourable winter destination; it is listed as one of the top 10 places to be on New Year’s Eve – all of these accolades refer to County Kerry’s stunningly beautiful Dingle Peninsula.”
If you are visiting Ireland your stay is incomplete if you miss the Dingle Peninsula. Our Slea Head Drive tour leaves your hotel or accommodation taking you around the Dingle Peninsula's most stunning drives "The Slea Head Drive". En route we will see several famous landmarks such as Ventry Beach, Pre-historic Fort and Beehive Huts, Gallarus Oratory, The Dingle Famine Cottage, views of the Blaskets Islands and Coumenole Beach. We have plenty of photo opportunities before we return towards Dingle (the capital of the Kerry Gaeltacht Irish-speaking area)
Students from all over the world come to learn and improve their Irish in Dingle. Dingle town is renowned for its culture and offers great pubs with live music, shops and seafood restaurants. Fungie, the Dingle Dolphin, is Dingle's most famous resident and has lived in the harbour for over 30 years.
After the tour why not relax with some great food or some live music in one of the many Dingle pubs! A great day out!
